Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders. Each order leaves our U.S. warehouse within one business day of purchase. From there, your pieces make their way to you within 3–7 days of shipping.

Should you need them sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Timelines can shift, as journeys sometimes do but know that we work to bring your order to you as swiftly as we can.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Days

Orders are picked and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday leave our warehouse on the next business day.

Carrier Delays

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather, holiday volume, and carrier disruptions can extend transit. For active shipments, the carrier's tracking will always hold the most current information.

Order Changes

Because orders move to our warehouse floor immediately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your selections and shipping address carefully before checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, write to us at returns@meshahny.com within 10 days of delivery. Pending investigation and confirmation of the claim, we will make it right.

Return Policy

We welcome returns within 10 days of delivery. Returns are handled through our Returns Portal. 

You choose how you're refunded: 

  • Refund to original payment — a 2% restocking fee on the value of returned items is deducted from your refund total. 

  • Store credit — no restocking fee; you're refunded the full value of returned items in store credit. 

Return shipping is purchased by you through the portal at the time of your return. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed. Return labels must be used within the number of days shown in the portal. 

We don't currently offer exchanges; simply return your piece and place a new order. 

Condition

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • New and unworn
  • Original tags and ribbons (if applicable) attached — no exceptions
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or missing components
  • Returned in original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and garment bags
  • Return initiated within 10 days of delivery

Items not returned in original condition may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.

Final Sale

Any item marked final sale cannot be returned. Unless otherwise noted, discounted and promotional items remain eligible for return under the conditions above.

Timing

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once processing is complete, and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

If Something Isn't Right

If a piece arrives flawed, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, write to us at returns@meshahny.com. Pending investigation and confirmation of the claim, we will cover return shipping and waive all fees.
